Fourteen year old Harmony has never seemed to fit in. Anywhere. She suffers from severe anxiety. But when she finds a clearing in the woods, home to a group of hippies things are about to change.

Harmony’s class are set a project to write about anything they want, Harmony decides to do hers about a group of hippies she found in the woods. She is intrigued by their way of life but she does her project hidden from everyone. Then she meets one of the hippies- mysterious, guitar playing Bay Fletcher. Suddenly Harmony is falling in love- with Bay and with the Hippies. She rapidly turns into a hippie and she’s never felt more confident.

But something is going to rip them apart.

Can Harmony save her love and the hippies? Can she save herself?

Journey to Confidence is a book that I have been (slowly) writing in my spare time. I am LOVING writing it.
